By this document, the Principal authorizes the Agent to act in the Principal's stead in any and all matters that the Principal can do through an Attorney-in-Fact, as allowed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except for those acts that are specifically prohibited by law or under this document.

This General Power of Attorney shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and is subject to the following conditions:

The Agent is granted the authority to act on the Principal's behalf in all matters concerning the Principal's personal and financial affairs.
